Unser heutiger Tag auf einem Blick
Jiota hat ein deftiger Infekt erwischt und George hat die Pflege übernommen. Mikis ist ebenfalls erkrankt und wird tierärztlich untersucht und von Alkmini gepflegt.
Katja und StreamPunk werden heute in einer Doppelschicht glänzen. Katja sowohl im Gerichtssaal als Verteidigerin Reiner Füllmichs, als auch als diejenige, die das Wichtigste für euch zusammenfasst und dieses an StreamPunk fernmündlich übermittelt. Dieser macht sich heute an das Video, damit Sokrates mit der Übersetzung ins Griechische starten kann.

Η Γιώτα έχει κολλήσει μια σοβαρή λοίμωξη και ο Τζορτζ έχει αναλάβει τη φροντίδα της. Ο Μίκης είναι επίσης άρρωστος και εξετάζεται από κτηνίατρο και τον φροντίζει η Αλκμήνη.
Η Κάτια και ο StreamPunk θα λάμψουν σήμερα σε διπλή βάρδια. Η Κάτια θα βρίσκεται τόσο στην αίθουσα του δικαστηρίου ως συνήγορος υπεράσπισης του Ράινερ Φίλμιχ όσο και ως εκείνη που συνοψίζει τα πιο σημαντικά γεγονότα για εσάς και τα μεταδίδει στο StreamPunk μέσω τηλεφώνου. Ο τελευταίος επεξεργάζεται σήμερα το βίντεο, ώστε ο Σωκράτης να αρχίσει να το μεταφράζει στα ελληνικά.

Lawyer Katja Wörmer's report on the unbelievable events in Rosdorf Prison, shortly before Dr. Reiner Fuellmich's birthday, which he had to spend in solitary confinement! He was even denied contact with his lawyer and his wife for more than three days.

In Germany, every person affected is entitled to speak to a lawyer at any time! Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was denied this right and kept in solitary confinement on the basis of outrageous accusations until his lawyer visited him. This procedure must be publicized everywhere!

P.S. In another report Katja Wörmer said that his fellow inmates have threatened to go on a hunger strike if Dr. Fuellmich is not transferred back to his area, but this happened on Monday.

Day of motions and statements
Part 1
The hearing today was relatively short. Both motions for a stay of proceedings by the defence, both by Katja Wörmer and Dr Christoph Miseré, were rejected. After the court's very sobering new legal assessment, which the presiding judge again communicated and read out today with the negative decision, Katja Wörmer criticised the fact that she had not yet read out her own application for a stay in the oral hearing and insisted on being able to read it out now. This was then authorised by the chairman. In addition, she read out her preliminary statement on the credibility of the witness Viviane Fischer. This will be supplemented.

Attorney Katja Wörmer also submitted a request for an extension of the deadline for naming further witnesses. Dr Reiner Füllmich then read out his personal statement on the current situation, which was at times very emotional and also influenced by the events of the past three days in the prison. The documents will be published later.

In the meantime, the chamber withdrew for deliberations and then announced that the two trial days in the coming week on 14 and 15 May 2024 had been cancelled and the deadline for submitting motions for evidence had been set for 10 June 2024. This can be seen as a success for the defence.
